About the Project

One Uptown is a 20‑story Class A high‑rise developed by Stoneleigh Companies and designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, with interiors by Faulkner Design Group. Located in the heart of Uptown Dallas, this luxury tower combines multifamily living with ground‑floor restaurants and a rooftop amenity deck, creating a true mixed‑use urban experience.

Built by Hunt Construction Group, the project features a rooftop pool with skyline views, a second‑level pool deck, high‑end resident lounges, fitness center, and premium unit interiors. Our photography highlights the architectural geometry, amenity‑driven lifestyle, and hospitality‑influenced design that support lease‑up velocity, investor reporting, and institutional‑grade marketing for high‑rise assets in competitive urban submarkets.

One Uptown remains one of the most recognizable residential towers in Dallas and a benchmark for Class A mixed‑use development in the region.
