Scope of Work:
We are pleased to present our photography services for the flex space warehouse located in Largo, FL. Due to the urgency of the project, we will be flying in our professional photographer from another location to ensure a prompt turnaround. Our services include:
- Ground and aerial photography (included in the package)
- Videography and 360-degree virtual tours (available as add-ons)
Usage:
Per your requrest, the final images will be optimized for use in:
- Offering Memorandum
- Online marketing (CoStar/LoopNet)
- Social media campaigns
- Broker email marketing
To this end, we offer flexible multi-party licensing options, allowing developers, architects, investors, and marketing agencies to share usage rights for all images and panoramas.
Timeline:
- Photography Session: We can fly our photographer in on Friday or Saturday to begin capturing the property.
- Final Edited Photos Delivery: Completed within 3 days of capture to meet the time-sensitive nature of the listing.
Pricing:
- Total cost for ground and aerial photography: $12,500
- Videography and virtual tours: Available as add-ons—pricing upon request.
