The building is single-story and open-air, inspiring a natural ambiance while accentuating the breath taking view. Open spaces, sweeping views, gorgeous sunsets, warm interiors, this home had it all.

Generally speaking, architectural photographers aim to keep the vertical lines of buildings and rooms vertical in their photographs. This photograph is very simple; the emphasis is on the view windows and the vibrant hue of the table.

This bathroom was shot some years ago, but remains one of our favorites. This is just the outdoor portion of the bathroom, you have to take a 360 virtual tour here to see the rest of this space. This is not a space for getting oneself clean, it is to serenade your senses. Imagine the tropical birds flying overhead, the gentle trade winds blowing over you, the sun dappling over you as you bathe. The feel of difference textures ….
Photographing a large home with disparate lighting sources of various temperatures can be challenging. Our aim is to show the view as well as the darker interior while keeping colors as true as possible. Our eye makes this adjustment much better than a camera lens.
This home is a true gem. It is palatial, yet retains a serene, old Hawaii charm.
Dusk shots are one of our favorites. The mellow light bathes the facade of this home with gold tints.
There is still enough light for the pool to be a pleasing blue.

We waited for dusk to shoot this resort home photo. The lighting makes the image look surreal and painterly.
Ko Olina Resort is a 642-acre master-planned vacation and residential community on the leeward coast of Oahu.
Ko Olina has 2 miles of coastal frontage and includes three natural and four man-made lagoons with white-sand beaches.
It is home to four hotel and vacation-club resorts: Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club, the Beach Villas Resort and The Four Seasons at Ko Olina, as well as several resort condominiums and villa homes.
Previously, the JW Marriott at Ko Olina occupied The Four Seasons property.
An Atlantis Resort, similar to Atlantis Dubai, is currently being designed as an international destination for millennial travelers. The property is planned to be adjacent to the condominiums located on lagoon two.
